I was amaze at the first moment I step in into this restaurant. I've been welcomed with their friendly waiter and then being seated at the table near the restaurant entrance. The ambiance is so peaceful, the light was dim, i feel very comfortable to be in that restaurant and the decoration is really nice. The wall is full with the achievement of the head chef of the restaurant and there were some medal in album, certificated of Master Chef own by the head chef and the most unique decor in this restaurant were some big clippings about the head chef being affixed to the wall. That is really a very creative idea and for sure it is very attractive and eye-catching. At the same time the head chef is the owner of the restaurant. When being surrounded with that particular surrounding even in a short period of time I already felt enthusiasm and really looking forward to taste the food in this restaurant.
This restaurant serve food that base on western food, there have variety of menu to choose from starter, soup, main course, dessert till beverages. Some of the most popular menu in this restaurant was lamb chop, steak, smoked salmon, and some dessert such as Tiramisu cake and chocolate caramel banana cake.
This restaurant basically was owned by master chef Zubir, he was well-known and respected by many people such as celebrity, reporter, journalist and other chef in Malaysia. this charismatic chef is one of the judges of our own version of Master Chef Malaysia that took it blast in the first season. While doing this business he also one of the chef that work in prestigious hotel in Malaysia. Chef Zubir has worked in various international five-stars hotel brands such as Hyatt, Sheraton, Marriott, Hilton and Grand Plaza Park Royal and then joining with Le Meridien in 2004. Apart of that, before he entered in this hospitality industry he was a lecturer in University Teknologi Mara. We are talking about this and that about Chef Zubir but what about his achievements? Well, he totally amazed me with his achievements such as ''Chef of the Year'' in 2005 from Chef Association of Malaysia for his dedication and contribution in hospitality industry for 19 years ! He also involve in cooking competition such as European Culinary Competition in Vienna and the Australian Black Box Culinary Competition (Malaysia Chapter). His courage and passion towards food can be concluding as totally different compare to other restaurants that I have been visit.

While flipping the menu book, i was attracted to one page that shows a-huge-black cow. Well, dear readers, do not misunderstood. It's not just ordinary picture of a cow but it a picture where each part of the cow is explained briefly. Well, i am sure you want to know what are you going to eat, right? By having this guide, you can either pick the fatty area which is the rib eye, T-bone or just choose the tenderloin which do not have all that fatty side. Thanks to the Chef, we are now educated with what we are going to eat and what will goes into our body.
